What if I disagree with a decision made by the Marketplace? (Appeals) To do our job, the Marketplace must make many decisions about how your situation fits the rules for different health care programs. Sometimes, you will not agree with the eligibility determinations we make. When this happens, you can ask us to reconsider and change our determination.
